I don’t worry
I do not worry because my mind is straight and clear. And the reason is that I don’t imagine anything.
Imagination is thinking about something that’s not real, not here now. Imagination, pleasant thoughts, worry - they are all the same. You might be imagining nice, pleasant things but they are things that are not here now. Worry is thinking about unpleasant things and they are not here now either.
I don’t use imagination, but I am creative. If I go to write something, I write it. If I make love, I love. If I go to do anything I am creative. I don’t think about whatever I am going to do. I just do it. Or I look inside myself to see what arises...
