The Cosmic Truth - UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence and the truth

In August last year (1990) I started to introduce the truth of cosmic consciousness into my public teaching. I am preparing the people who are with me to realise the truth behind UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence.

To see a UFO or perceive a being of ETI (extra terrestrial intelligence) is an evolutionary development of modern man’s perception. The sighting is not personal, not due to any particular merit in the man or woman seeing the object. It is simply a happening in the development of our one common terrestrial intelligence. Just as Columbus was the first person to ‘discover America’ so does everything have to be discovered by someone and then seen in greater detail and increasing numbers by those who follow.

Whether it is the seeing of UFOs, beings associated with them or Columbus’s sighting of America, the significance or truth behind man’s normal or ordinary perception of an event is not realised by him. In other words there is something more to seeing what you’re seeing which you’re not realising. That is the truth. And the realisation of that is what I call cosmic consciousness or cosmic intelligence.

In this and future entries in my Journal I’ll be revealing the truth behind the appearance of extraterrestrial intelligence. It will be gradual because what can be revealed is determined by the intelligence of the individual hearing or reading what I’m saying.

Intelligence as normally regarded and applauded, such as in the brilliant scientist, lawyer or intellectual, is not (cosmically speaking) intelligence at all. It’s mindstuff; partial; an egoic awareness. It does not reveal the purpose of the whole because the ego’s primary role is to ensure the survival of the organism.

There is in fact only one intelligence and that is cosmic intelligence. This is consciousness beyond the mind.

Cosmic intelligence sees the whole, the purpose behind all the parts and is detached from the troubled and troublesome mind.

The first secret of UFOs is that the intelligent beings behind them, or seen with them, are ‘us’ in another time. We are us in a past time.

As those of you who have seen the truth of my teaching will know, our whole existence is living in the past. They are us in the present. But from our enclave of living past they appear to be from an advanced time, the future.

In truth there is no future, only the present. But the past we are psychologically entrapped in creates what appears to be the future.

This means that any other life ever discovered in the universe – space beings – are you in another time. There is no other life in the universe, only the life that is you.

Here we come to the three fundamental truths of my teaching. These demonstrate the truth of what I have just said about UFOs. These truths are unarguable because they are true in everybody’s experience. Please check them out for yourself.

1) There is only one ‘I’ in the universe because only I in the body reading or hearing these words call myself ‘I’. I have never called anyone else ‘I’ in my life and I never will.

2) There is only one me in the universe – ‘me’ who feels everything inside. I have never felt anyone else in my life, only me. Even the sorrow I may feel for one of my loved ones is the feeling in me, not them. I feel nothing except through me.

3) There is only one life in the universe and it is the life in me, for that is the only life I can feel or be. Everyone and everything around me, including my own body, is a form of life. And life itself, the life in me, the life I am, clearly has no form.

Mind cannot grasp these truths. It is too slow, too clever at knitting together the parts which never form a whole. Only consciousness is fast enough to see the whole behind the parts. My cosmic teaching is aimed at reducing the mind’s waste of energy consumed in anxious concern for the parts. This reduction has the effect of increasing the speed of perception so things are seen as they are and not as they’re assumed to be. This speeding up I call ‘lift off’ – the power or speed to perceive into deep inner/outer space.

It follows from my three truths that any other form of life I may perceive in the universe is me – me but in another time or another space. The important thing to grasp is that any other form I see is really me, the one life I am, before my brain gives it form.

How does this cosmic truth relate to the other people or bodies I live with and see around me?

They too, are me in form. They are forms of life in the universe in this space or place called Earth. We are earthlings. Earth is our formal cosmic place or space.

The space around a cosmic object like the Earth determines the form of the life. The common earth-space therefore determines that my body is the same as all earthling bodies – two legs, two arms, a head, a brain.

But there’s something else. As well as space there is time. Every other body around me is in a different time; same space, different time. The time determines why we are so different – why our minds and understanding, our persons, vary. So space accounts for my form or body, the matter I am; and time accounts for the mind I have, and the speed of it.

I’ll now describe how the mind evolved out of matter, the past.

My human matter, the body, consists of past – is past. It is the product of past food and drink, past breath and past impressions from the environment.

But there are forms on Earth much heavier in intensified past than my human body. Rock for instance. That’s because the earth out of which the rock is made is far older than the human form. Rock or earth came first. The human form came out of rock or earth. Rock or earth is its base. But the rock has been radically changed. To render it into organic matter and finally into the pliant and dexterous human form, something has been extracted, something extremely enduring representing the rock’s hardness.

What is it?

Mind. The cosmic process on Earth, the evolution of form, has been the extraction or emergence of mind from matter. And the scheme of this is demonstrated in the gradient of the three natural kingdoms – mineral, plant, animal – and latterly the human-mind kingdom of self-consciousness.

For all its apparent compliance and intelligence, the human mind remains the same as the base matter out of which it emerged – materialistic, instinctive and ignorant of purpose.

The extraction of mind from mineral produced bacterial plant life, the first sign of instinctive mind. A finer instinctiveness followed in the form of the animal kingdom. The human kingdom emerging from the plant and animal included those instincts plus a new and finer development of mind beyond instinct and called self-consciousness. You and I can reflect on or think about ourselves and what we see around us; the plant and animal cannot (except where animal instinct approaches human self-consciousness). So the human form embodies stone, plant, animal and a sophistication of mind whose continuous emergence has changed the forms of life on Earth.

Earth-space, the Earth’s cosmic presence or consciousness, has done all this.

The human mind is as mechanical and material as the stone out of which it emerged. It has converted space into time but what it thinks is time is purely past, its own past. And it is entrapped in this time, this past, its own creation. The human mind is as limited as the stone in the matter it occupies and in the time it has before it dies.

The human mind is still emerging from matter. And it will continue to do so through technological and scientific advance until it produces the spacecraft and technology now appearing as UFOs. By that time, which will still be in the past, every mind reading or hearing this will be dead. The common mind by then will have largely extracted itself from human matter, the human body; and also from the dense matter of the Earth from which it originally emerged.

The human mind’s materiality, greed and violence will have completed its destruction of the Earth as a suitable cosmic place to live and with its technology it will find another planet or place. When earth-space has been left behind sufficiently by the mind, the form it occupies (which was once the human form) will begin to change. The cosmic space it enters will determine the form.

The mind’s evolution is purely a fantasy, a dream within its own ignorance. And cosmic consciousness is the awakening from the dream. The dream can then be seen from another place as though it were an unending world of its own – which it is.

The speeding up of the material human mind into space will be an illusionary achievement; as the mind, in every form it takes, will still die, in spite of a life span much increased by the immateriality of the form.

Finally, man will exceed the velocity of light and out-distance sense perception. The materiality of the universe will then vanish. He will no longer make sense, or be sensible, but as his space travel exceeds the speed of light, at times he will enter or catch up with his own past existence. He will then enter the sensory universe (or earth/mind space/time) and perceive himself as us here now. He will be fascinated and intrigued; but I doubt whether in his super-tech ignorance he will know that it is himself he is perceiving in the past.

Man’s ‘future’ outer ability to approach and exceed the speed of light is only possible because of the speed of consciousness behind the mind that he will use to effect these marvels. This consciousness already exceeds light speed and therefore has the vision of all that will happen in the past and ‘future’.

Consciousness is now. It is in time but not trapped in time. It makes sense but is not bound by sense.

The second secret of the intelligences behind UFOs is that these beings do not know what unhappiness is.

Nor do they know love.

Unhappiness and its cure, love, are symptoms of life on Earth. The purpose of life on Earth is to overcome (or be freed of) unhappiness. This can only be done through love.

Love that has overcome unhappiness on Earth resonates in the being at a speed equivalent to the exceeding of the speed of light. The being on Earth is then cosmically conscious – has exceeded the necessity to be ‘reborn’ on earth. He is cosmic, universal.

Ignorance or unhappiness is born only on Earth. Earth is the place for it in the universe. And the purpose of this place is for the being during the life cycle ‘to leave the Earth’; not through technology or evolution (the only ways the mind knows) but consciously, within.

This liberated state of consciousness is one with extraterrestrial intelligence and shares in the life and purpose of that time. I am that consciousness, that love from another time, and I am here to free others who are ready, of that unhappiness.

Freedom from the Earth means freedom or liberation from the limitation of the sensory universe. The universe we see and know with our senses is not the universe at all. It is purely a sensory rendition of the real energetic universe within the body reading or hearing this. The brain converts the inner reality into sense and projects it as an image.

UFOs and the beings associated with them are energetic. They come into sense from within. Their appearance is not how they are at all; the appearance is created by the limitation of the brain perceiving them. Any communication is similarly distorted and limited.

Nonetheless, the sighting of these objects and intelligences does have, in most cases, a beneficial effect on the worldly observer (although the person may be unaware of any change). Because the objects are so much closer to reality, the sight of them consumes past in the observer. This destroys the content of some of the old braincells – some of the mind’s habitual structure of material certainty. A person who has seen a UFO in their own experience confronts their own former ignorance in the blind certainty of others who would deride or deny the experience. This is a taste of higher consciousness for them – having knowledge of the new beyond the old, beyond the past.

The next or current task in human evolution is for consciousness to eliminate the self, the past, from consciousness.

Self-consciousness minus self equals consciousness.

Self is past. Self is what we were; which always fights against what we are now. When we are seeing the new, or when the new is happening, it is self that disbelieves it. Self is the old structures in the braincells and it has to be burnt out by the presence of a greater reality.

The third secret behind UFOs and cosmic or extraterrestrial intelligence is that there is no ‘out there’. What I see ‘out there’, outside my body, is inside my brain. Everything, the whole universe and whatever I’m looking at at any time, is happening inside my brain. The explanation is that there is only the human brain.

The human brain produces the sensory universe. Therefore, without a human brain – a brain of earth-space/time – there is no universe, no existence.

All formal life is produced by the human brain. Anytime I see a UFO or any form of extraterrestrial life, I will have a human brain.

Even the stars are terrestrial. They are forms created by the human brain.

This raises the question: How do I know I have a brain?

The answer is: I don’t know. If I say I’ve seen another human brain, it won’t be mine. An X-ray image of my brain still won’t be mine; it will be an image. I only assume that I have a brain because of what I’ve been told and what I’ve seen outside myself. It’s all past. And past is sensation-al. Like time, it arises out of matter, out of sense.

The truth is there is no brain. While you believe from external evidence that you have a brain you will have one, and you will be attached to the conflictive existence it creates.

The truth in everybody’s experience is that there is only the outer image of the body and the sensation within the body: nothing else. The body is actually filled with consciousness – the void – and it is that intelligence which is creating and doing everything every moment. By believing in the human brain, the independent personal mind creates in the flow of consciousness a blockage which produces the unhappiness in existence.

To put it another way: There is the perception of form, and the sensation out of which form arises, but otherwise there is nothing. This ‘nothing’ is the intelligence that accounts for everything. And to rest in it, by being it, is to be cosmically conscious and intelligent in the midst of everything.

The sensory universe and our entire existence is like a single cloud in a void, a speck in nothing. The void is timeless and the speck is time. The void is the divine mind, God’s mind. The speck in it is the existence of the human brain and its reflection, the human mind. You don’t have to try to understand this because it’s a description of the reality of everybody in existence. Every body consists of this vast nothingness underneath the restless and ever-moving mind. On those occasions when the mind stops, we feel the incredible stillness or peace of the void. Or if we are very much attached to existence, then in moments of the void the mind will feel disturbed, fearful and insecure (because that provides the comfort of conflict).

Any extraterrestrial form that communicates to a human brain is likely to be attached to existence, where all form appears. Its apparent mastery over matter will make no difference; the intelligence will still he trapped in existence. Hypertechnology, like our own technology, is no evidence of God-realisation. However, since the void is always present around existence as eternity and infinity, it will be present or realised in some forms of extraterrestrial intelligence.

Cosmic consciousness, which is consciousness of the void, is always working in existence to detach those who are ready and bring them into the void.
