The Vastness - part 3

The solar plexus is the doorway to a space that is indescribable and new. It's like coming out of a big hessian bag and seeing the world around you for the first time. By entering the Sun centre; the solar plexus, you can begin to realise the freedom from sensory existence and enter a different place and space, where you are not as attached to the physical body as before. You can only do this in stillness and intelligence. Barry Long reminds us that intelligence gets slowed down by identification with emotion and that when we identify with them, they become our false identity and stop us from being truly intelligent.
