Aphorisms - Life

Life doesn't care - and yet it cares beyond all caring. How do you explain this?

~

Life is not a stage.

~

Life is always present before any form of life appears.

~

You, life, the being behind the womb, conceive your own body and your own existence.

~

In existence, all you can ever remember is what you are not.

~

It is undeniable, is it not, that you are life?

~

Ultimately, all life is the one life. And ultimately, all life anywhere can succeed in achieving is to observe, know and finally realise itself, its own inseparable oneness - even across the apparent vastness of the physical universe.

~

No other life can be discovered in space while there is so much misery in life on earth still waiting to be discovered.

~

Life is not physical - it is energetic, informationally sensational.

~

This life that goes on and on yet seems to end perfunctorily and witlessly in death for the individual, is not your life or my life at all but the life of the planet earth appearing sense-perceptively as force - life force.

~

What would you tell your children that life is about?

~

My little finger is as much my life as my child.

~

Look at all things

That tree, that sparrow, that petunia

That leaf, this chair, that clock

That man, that woman

You will look at all things at once

(Which is called consciousness)

And you will say

'All things die and have to pass away'

And then you will not curse anything, will you?

But if you take one thing out of context in life

You curse it.

You curse your love.

And it's called attachment

And I, God shall then have to destroy that thing

In my love for you

So that you give up

This attachment which causes suffering

And self-forgetfulness.

~

Instinct can be called the consciousness of the unconscious. It is the experience or knowledge of having survived life and death plus the urge to live or experience again.

~

Everyone's going to die, everyone's going to fail you, everyone's going to betray you, unless they don't. That solves life doesn't it?
