Stillness

'Divine love is personified by stillness in an individual man or woman. Not a stillness that is silent and empty but a stillness that is extremely active, extremely present, oscillating at such speed that it is absolutely still. That is what the device of meditation is about. Meditation is a device to bring you to a state of stillness which is so swift that it is the medium of love, sheer love, as you, the individual.'

SESSIONS

Being Love vs. Giving Love

Video length: 1 hours and 2 minutes

Being more Intelligent

Video length: 1 hours and 22 minutes

Barry Long unveils the aim of existence is for the individual to be more intelligent. He guides the audience through the fundamental distinction between self-reflective human intelligence and innate, subjective, instinctual intelligence. The first step to being more intelligent is seeing what's in the way.

How to Stop Thinking and Start Living

Video length: 1 hours and 4 minutes

True freedom arises by surrendering thought and emotion to fully inhabit the body and live in the present moment. The mind, Barry says, is inherently negative and must be relinquished to access love, intelligence, and purity. By facing life directly without mental interference, one begins to live truthfully, love without attachment, and experience the divine within.

The Vital Being Within

Video length: 1 hours and 35 minutes

The true spiritual life is not about personal development but aligning with the still, vital being within. Suffering arises from identification with the emotional self and attachment to the past. Stillness, not action or thinking, is the path to freedom, love, and intelligent living.

The End of Suffering

Video length: 1 hours and 17 minutes

Freedom from suffering begins with giving up blame, judgment, and emotional attachment – and when one lives from inner stillness and intelligence rather than thought or inherited patterns. Real love is impersonal and free of self, known through presence, not emotion or memory.

The Hole in the Web

Video length: 1 hours

The mind is like a spider’s web, constantly repairing itself to avoid stillness. True reality is glimpsed through holes in that web, such as those opened by grief or loss. Barry urges stillness to meet life and death without fear or emotional reactivity. Living intelligently, without attachment or blame, aligns us with love and the divine essence within.
