Psychic phenomena
'Everything in meditation is psychic, you're then entering the psyche in the dark. There are psychic colours, which are more brilliant than the colours here. Real psychic colours are more brilliant. That's the only word I can use. There are psychic smells. We've often heard of the yogis, and they use the psyche because it's a form of power. The psyche is very entrancing. It's entrancing because you receive information that the mind says, Oh, I couldn't have done this, this is coming from somewhere else, and it is, and you start thinking that this is the truth... and it is not the truth...'
'The secret of my enlightenment, I tell you is, apart from the grace of God, is I am in my physical body. I don't have any psychic bodies, and I don't have any of this – the ethereal body and all the chakras, all I have is what I have here, my physical body.'
'The whole world gets fascinated by psychic experiences. Now there's no doubt there is the psyche, and the psyche is an extraordinary world. It's just inside, just under the subconscious. The thing is to get through the psyche. Don't get trapped in it. Come unto me and beyond all images, and you will pass through that psychic world and come unto me, which is the stillness and void of the Buddha or of what I'm talking about now.'
'...I was talking about channelers. People get in, fascinated by it, and then get addicted to it. And of course, they can't get out.'
'The trouble about the psyche is you can't trust it, because it'll let you down eventually, because it's not the truth. Anything that's not the truth will eventually let you down.'
'To step through the looking glass is to withdraw from the senses and affirm our psychic reality. The journey is not one of going anywhere, but of realising that we've always been here.'
'All entities are not necessarily fearsome. Sometimes, by giving and asking 'What do you want?' the fear turns to love, and the entities disappear.'
